All services are trauma-informed, but are appropriate for anyone, regardless of past experiences.

 
 

My office is located in South Boulder, Colorado. Some services are offered remotely and outcalls are available in Boulder and surrounding areas.

 

Acupuncture

This ancient healing art is ideal for chronic pain management, energy realignment, and recovery from trauma. Specific placement of the needles removes blockages in your body’s chi and allows the energy to flow smoothly for optimal healing. This treatment is ideal for those who are seeking trauma-informed care.

Massage

The hands-on healing bodywork of massage can bring tremendous relaxation and pain relief. Whether you just need some quiet self-care or are healing from an injury or other traumatic event, massage therapy may be the right fit for you. Clients are in control of their session, from deciding their level of undress to the amount of pressure I use during treatment.

Somatic Experiencing®

Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a powerful method of releasing the body’s stored trauma.
Through intentional, guided conversation, we identify your body’s responses when remembering the original event. I help you redirect your awareness and attention to these sensations to determine where a release is necessary. When appropriate and with permission, there can be a hands-on component to these sessions to facilitate the trauma release. 

Somatic Experiencing is offered remotely, on-site at my Boulder, Colorado office, and on-site at your space in the Boulder area.

Tarot Readings

The Tarot is the story of a journey. The cards can be a helpful guide or provide a revelation on your journey. Tarot readings provide a gentle, non-touch way to receive answers, guidance, and resolution. Available in-person or remotely, readings can allow you to identify obstacles in your path and see what you can access to overcome them. They also help you celebrate where you are in your journey and anticipate what is yet to come.
